Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on canvases, threads, and accessories with the original receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
All refunds will be issued as store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The Little Needlepoint Shop cannot accept returns for the following:
- Custom orders
- Finishing services
- Tickets to classes or events
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Stitched or damaged canvases
- Customized canvases
- Fibers that have been cut, damaged, or purchased elsewhere (Fibers must be in their original packaging and new condition to be eligible for return)
Online Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email thelittleneedlepointshop@gmail.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm if it is eligible for store credit. For any return-related questions, please contact us at thelittleneedlepointshop@gmail.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
